JOB/TASK AGREEMENT – WEB DESIGN SERVICES

You must agree to all aspects of this agreement to proceed.

Your site is to be built for the purpose of advertising and promotion of your company Domain Name, and will be available on the Internet as www.domainname.com.

COSTS
AU$350 labour.
All domain related expenses to be paid by the customer.

FILE DIRECTORY STRUCTURE
Your site has a file directory structure that is as follows:
All main pages will reside on the root directory.
All images, templates and thumbnails will reside in their own
Subdirectories directly below the root directory.
All images generated for the website reside in their own directory called /images.
A separate directory is supplied for Cascading Style sheets called /stylesheets.

ADVERTISING
Keywords and description for all pages have been developed to maximise usability.

HOSTING
Please supply us with your Internet Service Provider’s details or we can recommend a service for you.

MAINTAINANCE OF YOUR SITE
Minor site updates are available to you for the first 3 months. Documentation and training of one staff member to continue to maintain your site is to be conducted at the end of this 3-month period. Should you need follow up maintenance an hourly rate will apply.

CREATION AGREEMENT
With the sign-off of this report, the construction of the site templates will begin. Once the templates have been produced and accepted, authority to continue completion of the site will be requested, upon receipt of which the site will be available for upload 3 weeks after.

Training of the maintaining staff member and documentation will be available for help desk staff at that time.
